Micro-mesotherapy is a treatment inspired in traditional mesotherapy. It replaces the old way of application of active ingredients whereby micro-injection is replaced by an electronic device using transdermal delivery, which is safer, faster and more effective.
The device opens more than 1.000 micro skin channels per second. These cutaneous micro channels or microtrauma create an innate response that helps repair the skin and leads to the following benefits:

Micro-mesotherapy is the digital puncture of the skin using a specially formulated needle head to deliver active agents such as: hyaluronic acids, vitamins Hyaluronic Acid, X-DNA Gel, Organic Silica, Elastin, Collagen, Q10, Polyvitamins (A, E, C, B1, B3, B5, B6). Virtual mesotherapy by transdermal delivery system (TDS)
Virtual mesotherapy replaces needles through different non-invasive transdermal delivery systems: electroporation, iontophoresis, ultrasounds, thermotherapy, vacuum therapy, galvanic and continuous currents, radiofrequency, etc.
Virtual mesotherapy allows the transdermal conduction (through the skin) of the same pure active ingredients used in traditional mesotherapy and it does it in a non-invasive way (no needles).

Treatment planning
For optimum results a course of 6-8 treatments are necessary.
The initial 3-4 treatments should be spaced every 14 days, with the remainder being spaced monthly.
Contraindications
- Botox clients should wait 2 weeks post Botox treatment.
- Dermal Fillers, the client should wait 3 weeks post filler.
- Acne/ Accutane, these clients should wait for a period of 6 months after medication is stopped.
- Clients with, Psoriasis, Eczema, Neurodermatitis, Immunodeficiency, Active acne, Blood clotting disorders and Hypersensitive skin should not be treated.
- Clients with Red veins, allergies and long term steroid use should be treated with caution.
FAQ'S
How long is the treatment?
Total treatment time is between 60min - 120min; this includes Pre-peel or microdermabrasion time.
Because we apply numbing cream, each session is for a minimum of 2 hours, depending on the treatment and the area being treated. For more tailored information on how long it takes, please book a free consultation.
How many sessions are necessary?
We highly recommend up to 6 treatments to take full advantage of the treatment and a minimum of 3 treatments are necessary. It is also advised to allow your skin to rejuvenate it for at least 4 weeks in between treatments.
What will I look like afterwards?
You may look slightly pink/red, areas that have been targeted may be more red, but this will quickly subside. Areas of scarring may be slightly swollen and may take a day or two to recover. It is recommended to leave the skin clear of make-up for as long as possible, preferably overnight. If you need to disguise redness, please only use mineral make-up (after minimum 72h). You may experience some peeling and this is very normal, it is the dehydrated skin leaving the Stratum Corneum (outermost layer).
When will I see the results?
You may see results of the improvement of your skin after 1 treatment, however the effects are accumulative and varies person to person. You will notice a difference after 2 treatments and by session
Please also remember that the skin takes approximately 28-35 days to go through a cycle of cellular renewal (the basal cells moving up to the surface) therefore the skin continues to improve over a period of months’ post treatment course.
Does Mesotherapy / Skin-needling / Micro- Mesotherapy have any risks?
This is a topical non-invasive and all natural procedure which simply encourages the natural healing components of the skin to begin.
Patients can get mild redness which will last for a few hours. Some patients can get bruising lasting up to three days. With skin Needling and Mesotherapy, allergic reactions are extremely rare.
What aftercare/products do I use?
You may continue to use your chosen skincare regime. However, they must contain an SPF of 30 or above to protect the surface of the skin and guard against hyperpigmentation.
I always take “Before and After” photographs of all my clients, these will help you to make decisions and of course they are private and confidential, they will not be used for display purposes without your permission.
Aftercare
- Not washing the treated area until the next day not apply any cosmetic products until the next morning.
- Avoid any sun exposure during the treatment day.
- Avoid total sun exposure during the next 7 days
- Use a daily care creams to extend and maintain the effects of professional treatment. 1-5 days after treatment:
- No active products such as AHA’s (Glycolic Acid), BHA’s, benzoyl peroxide, Retinol, alcohol based topical skin care
- No makeup after treatment
- No exercise next 24 hours
- No heat of any source e.g. sauna, hot shower, solarium
- No blow drying or hair colouring
- No rubbing or stimulating area treated
- No swimming in a chlorinated pool or at sea
- No chemical peel / microdermabrasion
- No IPL / Laser / fractional laser / Infa red light exposure
- No Muscle relaxant / dermal filler injections
- No Spray or self-tanning
- No Cosmetic tattooing
- Use gentle cleanser, hydrating moisturiser, hydrating serum & SPF 30 (minimun)
